A simple broker site for your credentials and listings. Set it up from Dashboard → Your Site after approval.

See how buyers find your listings on pred.ph and the PRED app. Open Dashboard → Analytics during your trial or subscription.

Your Site stays publishable while your trial or paid subscription is active. Listing Analytics is PRED’s built-in view tracking; Your Site can also connect your own Google Analytics ID.
How listing credits work
One credit posts or renews one listing. Credits don’t expire, but you need an active trial or paid subscription to use them. Extra packages are available while you have a paid subscription.

Pricing questions
- Who can subscribe?
- Licensed real estate brokers, appraisers, and consultants who are already in the PRED professionals database. After you register and we approve your PRC credentials, you can start a free trial and subscribe.
- What do I get with the free trial?
- A 7-day free trial with 2 listing credits. Your profile and trial listings can be public during the trial. When the trial ends, they become hidden until you subscribe.
- What are listing credits?
- One credit posts or renews one listing. Credits do not expire, but you need an active trial or paid subscription to use them. Each paid plan includes its own credit amount with each approved subscription payment, and you can buy extra credit packages while subscribed.
- How do I pay?
- After you choose a plan in your dashboard, pay via the listed bank or e-wallet methods, then upload your proof of payment for review. We’ll activate your subscription once approved.
- What’s included in each plan?
- Current plans: Monthly (₱500 / month, 5 credits); Annual (₱2,500 / year, 10 credits). Monthly-style plans give each listing 1 month of visibility from the date you post or renew; annual-style plans give each listing 1 year of visibility. Credits and prices are set per plan and may change.
- What is Your Site?
- Your Site is a broker site included with your free trial and paid plans. Pick a free subdomain (for example yourname.pred.ph), optionally attach your own domain, show your listings and credentials, and send contact-form inquiries to your Lead Inbox. Set it up from Dashboard → Your Site. It’s currently in beta.
- What does Listing Analytics include?
- Dashboard → Analytics shows total and unique listing views, views over time, web vs app traffic, traffic sources, top listings, and inquiry counts. It’s included with your free trial and paid plans. Your Site can also optionally connect Google Analytics for your broker site traffic.
