- Licensed real estate brokers, appraisers, and consultants who are already listed in the PRED professionals database. Registration requires matching your record, uploading PRC credentials, and admin approval. Salespersons appear in the public directory but do not self-register for accounts.
- How does professional verification work?
- You upload PRC ID images during signup. Our team reviews your credentials before your account, profile, and listings go live. "Verified on pred.ph" means PRED reviewed the credentials you submitted — not an automated PRC endorsement.
- Who appears in the Professionals Directory?
- The public directory includes licensed brokers, salespersons, appraisers, and consultants. You can search by name, type, and location, then open a profile to review credentials.
- Is the mobile app available to everyone?
- Yes. The app is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and on Google Play for Android — use the download section on this page for links. Anyone can browse listings and professionals; listing tools require an approved professional account.
- How should the public verify a broker before a deal?
- Make verification a standard step before any property transaction. Search the Professionals Directory, open a profile, and confirm credentials. Read Verify Before You Trust.
- Where do I see client inquiries on pred.ph?
- Licensed professionals can open Dashboard → Leads. Every inquiry from your property listings, public profile, broker site, and Wanted matches is saved there so you can mark it New, Contacted, or Closed, and follow up by email or phone — even if you miss the notification email.
- How much does pred.ph cost?
- Approved professionals get a 7-day free trial with 2 listing credits. After that, paid plans include listing credits — current prices and credit amounts are on the Pricing page, since they can change. See Pricing.
