2. User Eligibility
By using this App, you confirm that:

- You will use the App in compliance with Philippine laws and regulations.
3. User Accounts & Registration
- Buyers and Sellers can browse listings without creating an account but may need to provide details to contact professionals.
- Real Estate Professionals must register and provide valid licensing details to be listed.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for fraudulent or misleading activities.
- Upload false, misleading, or illegal property listings.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Violate any local, national, or international laws.
5. Verification & Compliance
- Real estate professionals must submit proof of licensing to be listed.
- The App does not guarantee the accuracy of professional credentials but ensures verification based on available records.
- Users should conduct due diligence before engaging in real estate transactions.
6. Limitation of Liability
- PREDPH acts as a directory service and does not participate in real estate transactions.
- We are not responsible for any disputes between users, including financial losses, misrepresentations, or failed transactions.
- Users acknowledge that real estate transactions carry risks and should consult legal professionals if needed.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, and trademarks in the App belong to PREDPH or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without permission.
8. Privacy Policy
By using this App, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your personal data.
9. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.
