Carina hailed from Mauban, Quezon, and finished her high school as a scholar at The Sisters of Mary School. She graduated from Southern Luzon State University in Lucban Quezon with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. She became a licensed Real estate broker in 2012 and a Licensed Appraiser/Valuer. She has just passed the recent Real Estate Consultant Board Exam and now has all three Real Estate Licences.
She is acting as Atty-in-fact in the SPA of some owners residing abroad to SELL, BUY or manage their properties, managing more than 160 units long-term rent in Ridgewood Towers. She also handles units for long-term rent and resale in Fort Bonifacio/Bonifacio Global City Taguig, Mandaluyong and Makati. She is accredited with different developers in the Phils
