Graduating cum laude in 1987 from Divine Word College of Legazpi, Legazpi City, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, AIDA has built a distinguished career in both the financial and real estate sectors. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Licensed Real Estate Broker, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise in banking, real estate transactions, and financial advisory services.

For 18 years, she worked as an Accounts Officer at the Land Bank of the Philippines, handling big-ticket accounts across various industries, with specialization in real estate developer financing. Her role, involved loan structuring, financial analysis, project monitoring, and client relationship management, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of corporate financing and investment strategies.

Since 2009, she has been actively practicing as a Licensed Real Estate Broker, handling sales, purchases, and lease transactions for residential and commercial properties. Her expertise extends beyond buying and selling, as she also provides:
